More of an intro
Hi again everybody,
Being fairly new to this internet stuff, I'm finding lots of ways to keep myself busy. Luckily I was a pretty good typist to begin with, so the text part like this is easy.
In addition to the links in yesterday's post, you can check out our stuff on Yahoo! Auctions at http://auctions.shopping.yahoo.com/booth/jedwillspike (I hope!). We also have a few things on E-bay, but I have no clue how to get you there.
Also check out my brother-in-law at www.andymartello.com or http://andymartello.blogspot.com - he's very entertaining, which is good since he is a professional entertainer based in the Chicago area.
During 2005 we exhibited at something like 58 arts & crafts shows, plus 4 or 5 antique shows, scattered around Wisconsin and upper Michigan. As time goes by I'll be adding the schedule of our 2006 shows to this blog, and hopefully to our other sites as well.
As part of our arts & crafts business, we've been offering screen printed t-shirts with our own designs for some time now. As 2005 draws to a close we are in the process of setting up a full-service screen printing and embroidery shop. I've worked in this field in the past, I enjoy it a great deal (and I'm good at it), and we will be serving clients large and small with a wide range of garments and accessories. We have been in the arts & crafts and antiques & collectables business for almost 20 years - by the way, on 12/28/05 we'll have been married for 20 years!
With a store located on Main Street in Winter, Wisconsin since October of 1987, we decided (finally) that it is time to start selling online. You can check us out at

With all that out of the way, we feature Lisa's painted glass, and a wide variety of other arts & crafts stuff by the two of us, as well as a general line of antiques & collectables - with a focus on vintage clothing buttons. I've been collecting buttons since I was a little kid, and we have tens of thousands of them - if only we had them all organized.
Well, I'll be getting more up on the website/online store, and on this blog, sometime soon. Your feedback is welcome.
